Speech Therapist, SLP
Job Description
Speech-Language Pathologists at R&R Collaborative Therapy Services support clients in developing the communication skills needed to express themselves, connect with others, and participate confidently in daily life.

Therapy may focus on speech clarity, expressive and receptive language development, social communication, and functional communication strategies. Sessions are tailored to each client’s individual needs and often incorporate natural interactions, play-based learning, and collaborative activities.

Speech therapists work closely with behavior analysts, occupational therapists, and caregivers to ensure communication strategies are consistent across environments and integrated into everyday routines.

At R&R, we believe communication is foundational to connection, independence, and quality of life.
