Family Guidance Trainer

Family Guidance Trainers at R&R Collaborative Therapy Services focus on empowering caregivers with practical tools, strategies, and understanding to support their clients’ progress in everyday environments.

In this role, you will work directly with caregivers to explore behavior, regulation, and communication challenges while modeling supportive responses and building caregiver confidence. Sessions often involve reviewing real-life scenarios, discussing family dynamics, and developing strategies that fit each family’s routines and values.

 

Family Guidance Trainers collaborate with the clinical team to ensure consistency across services while helping caregivers feel informed, supported, and capable in their role.
