Experienced RBT with extensive 1:1 implementation expertise, skilled in training staff, creating client materials, and assisting the BCBA. This leadership role includes a combination of direct 1:1 sessions, indirect tasks, and non-billable responsibilities. The Senior RBT Program Specialist is responsible for delivering high-quality behavior analytic services to clients, conducting client assessments, and developing individualized treatment plans. Diagnosing Providers play a critical role in helping families gain clarity and direction through comprehensive developmental and autism evaluations. This role involves conducting assessments, collaborating with interdisciplinary professionals, and guiding families toward appropriate supports and services that help children reach their full potential.
