Registered Behavior Technician

Play is serious work

Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) work directly with clients to implement individualized treatment plans developed by BCBAs. RBTs play an essential role in helping clients build communication, behavior regulation, social, and daily living skills through structured teaching and engaging interactions.

Sessions may take place in home, clinic, school, or community settings, allowing clients to practice skills in meaningful environments. RBTs collect data, implement behavior plans, and collaborate closely with supervisors and caregivers to ensure consistent and effective support.

At R&R, RBTs are valued members of the clinical team whose work directly supports progress and connection for the clients and families we serve.

Lets work

together

"A leader is someone who takes responsibility for recognizing the potential in individuals and processes, demonstrating the courage to cultivate that potential. It involves the readiness to step forward, assert oneself, and embrace courage. The world is in need of bold leaders, and it is time for each of us to step up."
