Autism Specialist
Job Description
At R&R Collaborative Therapy Services, Autism Specialists play a vital role in supporting clients and families through compassionate, evidence-based care. In this role, you will work directly with individuals to build communication, behavior regulation, social engagement, and daily living skills using individualized strategies rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and developmentally supportive practices.
Autism Specialists collaborate closely with BCBAs, therapists, and caregivers to implement treatment plans that reflect each client’s unique strengths, needs, and learning style. Sessions may occur in clinic, home, or community environments, allowing clients to practice meaningful skills in real-life settings.

Beyond direct therapy, Autism Specialists are essential partners in helping families feel supported and confident in their progress. By building trusting relationships with clients and caregivers, you help create an environment where learning feels safe, engaging, and empowering.

At R&R, we value professionals who are compassionate, curious, and committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of the clients and families we serve.
