Occupational Therapist
Job Description
Occupational Therapists at R&R Collaborative Therapy Services support clients in developing the foundational skills needed to participate fully in everyday activities. This may include strengthening fine motor skills, improving sensory processing and regulation, supporting self-care routines, and helping individuals build independence in daily tasks.

Our occupational therapists take a collaborative, client-centered approach, working closely with families and members of the clinical team to design interventions that are practical, meaningful, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. Therapy sessions may incorporate play-based learning, sensory-based strategies, and functional skill development to support participation at home, school, work, and in the community.

As part of a multidisciplinary team, Occupational Therapists partner with behavior analysts, speech-language pathologists, and caregivers to create integrated care plans that support the whole individual.

At R&R, we believe occupational therapy plays a key role in helping clients build confidence, independence, and the skills needed to navigate everyday life successfully.
