Sr. Registered Behavior Technician 

Senior RBTs bring advanced experience and leadership within the direct therapy team. In addition to providing high-quality direct services, Senior RBTs support clinical consistency, assist with training new team members, and collaborate with supervisors to ensure treatment plans are implemented effectively.

Senior RBTs often serve as a resource for other technicians by modeling strong clinical skills, problem-solving in real time, and helping maintain a supportive team environment.
