Registered Behavior Technician
Job Description
Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) work directly with clients to implement individualized treatment plans developed by BCBAs. RBTs play an essential role in helping clients build communication, behavior regulation, social, and daily living skills through structured teaching and engaging interactions.

Sessions may take place in home, clinic, school, or community settings, allowing clients to practice skills in meaningful environments. RBTs collect data, implement behavior plans, and collaborate closely with supervisors and caregivers to ensure consistent and effective support.

At R&R, RBTs are valued members of the clinical team whose work directly supports progress and connection for the clients and families we serve.
