Diagnosing Providers
Job Description
Diagnosing Providers at R&R Collaborative Therapy Services play a critical role in helping individuals and families gain clarity through comprehensive developmental and diagnostic evaluations. In this role, providers conduct autism and developmental assessments using evidence-based tools, clinical observation, and caregiver interviews to develop a clear understanding of each client’s strengths and support needs.

Providers collaborate closely with families throughout the evaluation process, ensuring caregivers feel informed, supported, and empowered as they navigate next steps. After completing the assessment, providers offer detailed feedback and recommendations to help guide families toward appropriate services, supports, and resources.

This role is an important part of R&R’s commitment to early identification, thoughtful assessment, and collaborative care. Diagnosing Providers work alongside a multidisciplinary team to ensure families receive coordinated guidance as they move forward.

At R&R, we value clinicians who approach evaluations with both clinical expertise and deep compassion for the individuals and families they serve.
